Ajay Wahi began his career with a bluechip software corporate in 1985. He started his career in Sales and Product Management, selling both products and services to companies. He moved on to International Marketing across the USA and Asia. Subsequently, he gained considerable technical experience in the Systems Integration division, where his mandate was to build high value, long term business relationships with top Indian corporates.
With an intensive 360° exposure to the IT business, Ajay was ready to don the mantle of a CEO. He was hired to turn around a low-performing SME (subsidiary of a US company). His efforts were successful, and also won him recognition, resulting in his being requested by the management of a UK company to repeat his success story by turning around their SME in India.
At present, Ajay heads yet another SME which is an Indian subsidiary of a renowned French IT company. Unlike at the earlier SMEs, where he had legacies to counter, here he had the wonderful opportunity to build a SME from scratch. He was responsible for everything: Setting up infrastructure and interiors; Recruiting his leadership team and other employees; Visioning and Strategizing for the future; Finalizing roles and goals at all levels; Evolving policies to create a motivated staff and a vibrant company; Putting in place internationally acclaimed processes; Analyzing and brainstorming to increase employee productivity through a mix of automation, training etc. At each company where he has worked as CEO, Ajay has brilliantly demonstrated his ability to create success with fewer people than he actually required. He has developed and retained a productive, proactive and energized team, enabling large benefits to be shared amongst relatively few people. A Win-Win situation for both the SME and its employees!
Dr. Amita Srivastava is presently holding position of the Director at Brencis Centre for Research Training and Consultancy (BCRTC.) Ghaziabad, India. She is throughout gold medalist and is a well-known expert in Management Philosophy, Strategic Management, Human Resource Development, Quality Systems and Human Values. She has worked for 24+years in areas of Research, Training, Consultancy, Teaching and Administration in Management.
She had conducted many FDPs and MDPs. She had done assignments for some leading Institutions of National and International repute like, IIM-(Lko), Nuvia (U.K), UNIDO, Central Defense Academy, Syndicate Bank, IBA, Semi-Conductor Complex Ltd, ABCL, Kirloskar Brothers, WPIL Ltd, Jaipur Stock Exchange etc. She was chief editor for Management journal- Attitude. . She has organized many National and international conferences, Seminars, Conclaves and workshops.
She has widely experimented with new approaches to learning and creativity. She helped many SMEs to organize the structure and processes of the organization, institutionalize innovative methods of work and inculcate healthy organizational Culture. She was instrumental in turnaround of many SMEs. She had successfully experimented in using Indian thoughts in management policies. She has held many responsible positions in leading Management Institutions. She is also holding honorary position as Prime Facilitator at Spandan- Foundation for Human Values in Management and Society. She has received many awards and accolades for her work in management Science. She had been jury member of various academic competitions conducted by management Schools. She is involved in board of studies of leading management Institutions and Universities.
Dr. Amita is in advisory panel of prestigious The Center for Applied Social Sciences Research (CASSR). She is an active member and office bearer of various professional groups like Ghaziabad Management Association, Higher Education Management Forum, Management Teachers Consortium, Punjab Management and Commerce Education, World Wide Management Consultants, Professors in Management Studies, H.R and Talent Management Executives and Harvard Business Review. .
Sandeep Jain is a graduate in science as University topper and has done dual Management degrees as Masters in Tourism Administration – 1st batch in India and also Masters in International Trade from the premier - Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), Delhi. After having worked in Travel & Hospitality Industry for almost 7years, in the year 2000 ventured out as an entrepreneur in Hospitality Industry with its Travel domain as Special Holidays Travel Pvt Ltd and more recently into Resorts as Navaha Group. Recipient of the National Tourism Award presented by H.E. the President of India and also “Pride of NOIDA” award.
To expand its reach and move for consolidation, Mr Jain became the founder of TAG (Tour Asia Group) which is a consortium of Asian Operators. Globally well-travelled and has participated in various international travel exhibitions and conferences. An avid Golfer and active member with various Trade associations and a Paul Harris Fellow with Rotary have been active in Tourism & Hospitality Industry.

Gupta is having more than 30 years of experience in direct financing in various aspects of business including export houses, large scale, medium scale and small scale industries, traders and retails i.e. personal advances. He has experience in internal based inspection, fraud investigation, stock audit, concurrent audit in the banking industry.
Mr. Gupta possesses extensive experience in handling operations and loans management of medium and large sized branches (including overseas branch) of leading public sector bank. He is post graduate in commerce, certified associate of Indian Institute of Bankers and an associate member of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
Sanjiv Tandan, He is a professional with diversified experience of over 29 years in the field of business, finance, taxation, legal and general management. He is a practising Advocate, Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and member of Indian Council of Arbitration. He specialises in taxation, civil, economic offences and consumer laws. He also has considerable experience in drafting and formatting JV agreements, memorandum of understanding, scheme of arrangements to small and medium sized enterprises and semi-autonomous government bodies.
As head of taxation department in Jubilant Organosys, Sanjiv Tandan has domain knowledge of Chemical, pharma and biotech industry. In Xerox Modicorp, he was responsible for corporate taxation matters. Sanjiv Tandan was Chief Executive Officer of Global Advisors Limited, a corporate finance and business advisory company and had worked on assignments in Oman, Dubai, Kuwait and Singapore.
