Pankaj Jain

Pankaj Jain Founder of CFO4SME is accomplished CMA, CS and alumnus of IIM, Calcutta with vibrant spirit of entrepreneurship, having over 30 years of diversified experience across wide spectrum of industries while working at India and overseas with proven track record of aligning strategies with business and building trust based relationships globally. While working at top corporate level positions like VP, CFO, CEO, Director, he has successfully manged the reputed business houses such as Super Seals, IAP, ERA Infra, Logix and has been instrumental in raising funds for projects (including megha infrastructure projects under Public Private Partnership) having cost of over Rs. 15000 crores.

He has managed numerous strategic business initiatives involving Venture Formation, Business Modelling, Strategic Financial Planning, Corporate Alliances, Demergers, Divestments, Cost Optimization, Business Restructuring, Capital Structuring, Corporate Governance and Corporate Financing for successful businesses with global foot prints and hold distinction of turning around the financial position of several companies through dynamic initiatives.

He is associated with many socio-economic initiatives in various capacities and is mentor to many startups with the objective of helping them to achieve sustainability and scalability of their businesses. He is post graduate in commerce from CCS University with affiliations of leading professional bodies such as ICAI-CMA, ICSI, IOD, IIM Calcutta, AIMA, IIA, CSI and is faculty to leading business schools, professional bodies, industry associations.

Jyoti Kumar Jain

Jyoti Kumar Jain, Co-Founder of CFO4SME is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, having corporate experience of more than 33 years serving diverse private sector industries. He has worked as Director in PVK Distillery Ltd in Modi Group in India and has held positions of GFC in Tower Aluminum Plc, Unit of Comcraft Group; UK He has successfully accomplished various assignments for corporate houses across diverse industries in India and overseas in the areas of Corporate Financing and Commercial Matters.

Mr. Jain holds distinction and experience of turning around the financial position of company through initiatives like budgeting, cost Control and cost reduction. He specializes in preparation of business plan and detailed project report for financing the existing and new projects, working capital management, risk based internal audit, forensic audit, taxation and legal matters.

Subhash C. Agrawal

Subhash C Agrawal Co-Founder of CFO4SME is a fellow member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI), Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and Indian Council of Arbitration (ICA). He is also a Law graduate and B.Com (Hons) from Delhi University.He has corporate experience of more than 30 years serving private sector as well as public sector in industries like Cement, Pre-Engineered Building, Cement Sheets, Biochemical, Fertilisers, Textiles, etc.

He has held positions of Director (Finance) of Cement Corporation of India Ltd. and Chairman & Managing Director of TriveniStructurals Ltd. He has worked as General Manager – Finance/Internal Audit in Everest Industries Ltd., General Manager-Finance & Company Secretary in Kothari Fermentation &Biochem Ltd, and Internal Audit Deptt of IFFCO Ltd.

Mr.Agrawal has successfully accomplished various assignments for corporate houses across industries, which includes Risk based Internal & Forensic Audit, Risk Analysis & Mitigation, Finance, Cost Audit and Cost Management, Taxation, Arbitration and Corporate Laws. He believes that finance professionals are conscious keepers of the organisation.

Rajiv Guha

Rajiv Guha, Chief Business Officer of CFO4SME is an Associate Member of Institute Cost Accountants of India. He has diverse experience in Telecom, Leather Export & Engineering Consultancy Companies and has been associated with Companies like Bharti, SIEMENS, BPL Telecom & Toshiba Water with more than 25 years of experience.

He has involved in Drawing up Annual Operating Plans, Monitoring Revenue gaps & Margins, Worked with Bidding team for Business Proposals, Reporting Key Business indicators to Management. Lead team for Marketing Accounts setups, Auditing of Project Sites.

As a seasoned professional, he has been associated with key Business negotiations with Business Partners such as Motorola USA, Polycom USA, SIEMENS Germany. Successfully completed Commercial Closure of EPC Projects with Public Sector Companies & Refineries. He has also worked closely with Project execution team for accelerating Revenue, additional claims from clients, mitigating risk. He has interacted with Banks on Credit Lines, Letter of Credits & Bank Guarantees.

Anupam Sharma

Anupam Sharma, Chief Learning Officer of CFO4SME is a qualified Management professional from I.M.T Ghaziabad and also completed his LL.B for value addition needed in corporate world. He has diversified & multi industry mix experience of 25 years with varied product & market mix , holding profile of senior management like Vice-president & COO @ Hero Motors, Finlace, Unnati fortune holdings ltd etc. He had been passionate throughout his career & so being offered more challenges to overcome as opportunities.

His philosophy of people management is fabulous & truly driven by leadership skills and passion. He set examples in changing trends in market, operations & resource optimization through corporate innovations.

Anupam believes in “Life is a learning process… “& so adopted the latest art & science of transformation globally accepted i.e. “Life Coaching”. He has done course from “Grow More “which is I.C.F (U.S.A) Certified institution. Now his Focus & Endeavour is on helping people, to bring out their best for success & fulfillment in life as “Success Coach”.

Shaifaly Sangal

Shaifaly Sangal Chief People Officer of CFO4SME is a commerce graduate with MBA in marketing. She is owner of a recruitment, training and assessment company, Yung Minds, for over 12 years working with over 100 big corporates and startups including Eveready, Toppr, PNB Housing etc. She is the go to person for many organizations for HR related solutions and has got several recognitions for this.

She is also running an NGO , Bhavishya, involved in uplifting the not so privileged ones by providing education (Classes for close to 200 kids in Noida), clothes etc. She is a part of HR SUCCESS TALK (A HR community) where she recently undertook and executed an initiative of ‘Eminent Young HR Leaders Award’ which was well received.

She is also a webinar host with various series running on topics of importance during these testing COVID-19 times for the benefit of students, HRs, industry people and collection for PMcares fund.

Krishna Dasan.A

For last 15 years, he had worked in various fields such as Monthly Reporting and Analysis, Supervision of Accounts dept., Internal Controls and management assessment, Budget and cash flow analysis, Financial Planning, Compliance services etc.

As a professional with commitment and dedication to the assignments, he ensures quality delivery to the clients and in the process,help them in cost reduction and productivity enhancement. He believes in the synergy that comes from different members, to respond the differences with an inclusive attitude and move ahead in seeking a consensus growth path using collective wisdom.

Manesh Saroj Jhunjhunwala

Manesh is a chartered accountant with diverse experience of over 20 years across various sectors. He has worked with reputed companies like Pepsi Foods, Wipro, Agility and United Parcel Services in various roles including CFO and Strategic Business leader with proven track record of turning around loss making organizations and improving profit margins without sacrificing growth and market.

He has managed large teams and established systems and processes for seamless business continuity. He always has a keen eye for details and sound knowledge of direct tax, indirect tax and import export, commercial and fund raising. Currently, he is engaged with many startups and SMEs to work as their strategic and operational CFO on a part time basis.

Sonal Kulshreshtha

Sonal Kulshreshtha is member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, having 14 years of rich experience of diverse industries like Telecom, Media, BPOs, NBFCs, etc. She has strong commercial acumen and has been successful in building strong relationships with banks and investors for various companies. She has experience in building strong financial systems and controls for start-up organizations and carry good experience in customizing the Financial Reports as per the stakeholders’ requirements

Sonal has been associated with PSU like BSNL and MNCs like Group M, HFCL, Oracle India, Saija Microfinance, SEED Financial Services, Humana People to People India and has vast experience in Accounting, Audits including SOX Audits, implementation of Internal Financial Controls, Treasury Management, Funds Raising, Due Diligence exercises, Financial Planning & Analysis, MIS reporting in customized manner to suit the specific needs of clients.

Nikhil Agarwal

Nikhil Agarwal is an qualified Chartered Accountant, having post qualification experience of more than 12 years in the areas of Finance, Corporate Tax Planning, Management Audit, Budget Planning, Corporate MIS, and Internal Controls etc. He is a through professional with systematic and progressive approach. Jitendra D Deshmukh

Jitnedra D Deshmukh is member of Institute of Cost Accountants of India, having 14 years of rich professional experience in Public as well as private such as FMGC, Service, Furniture, Chemical industries, Engineering, Scientific equipment manufacturing, etc. He worked in the areas of Monthly Reporting and Analysis, Supervision of Finance dept., Internal Controls and Management assessment, Budget Preparation & analysis, Financial Planning, Compliance services, Controlling etc. He also worked for cost reduction techniques and time study for labor and machine cost analysis for startup companies and its units. He also supported in Products or Services Pricing Decisions outside India.

He has experience in building strong financial systems and controls for start-up organizations and carries good experience in customizing the Financial Reports as per the stakeholders’ requirements. He specializes in preparation of long and short business plans, working capital management, risk based internal audit, taxation, Statutory Compliances also for system audits.
